Experiencing technical problems?

Problem: I can't see the interactive lessons

To view these interactive lessons, you need Authorware Web Player plug-in (it's free!).
You can download the relevant plug-in from Adobe (formerly Macromedia) download page.
If you are using a PC, get "Authorware Web Player 2004" for your web browser. If you are using Macintosh OS X, get the COMPLETE version (NOT the Compact version) of "Authorware Web Player 7" for OS X. If you are on Macintosh OS 9, get the FULL version (NOT the Compact or the Complete versions) of "Authorware Web Player 7" for OS 9.

Problem: The interactive lessons "run off the edge of the screen"

The material is best viewed using a minimum screen resolution of 800 x 600.

Problem: I'm using a Mac and the fonts in the interactive lessons are badly spaced

The material is best viewed using a Mac running OS8.5.1 or above.

Question: Do I need headphones?

Some of these courseware make use of sound.
Out of consideration for your neighbours, you should use headphones.
You can of course turn the sound down, if you are using speakers.
